Fish Product Processing Course Series 2: Fish Product Processing Technology under the Human Capital Development Program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) 2025, organized by the Terengganu State Fisheries Office, was held at the Malaysian Fisheries Academy, Chendering, Terengganu.
This course provided participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in fish product processing, including the making of keropok lekor, fish sausages, fish balls, and fish cakes based on surimi and otoshimi.
Our sincere thanks go to all parties involved, especially the instructors, secretariat, and participants throughout the course.
