The Hands-on Training on Instant Fish Crackers Processing was held at the MARDI Testbed in Kuala Terengganu, with instructors from the Malaysian Fisheries Academy (APM) participating.
Over the course of the two-day training, participants received comprehensive exposure to the production process of instant fish crackers — from ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, and steaming, to the processing of syrup and BBQ flavor powder.
